Licensing opens with our founding round. Backstage is not yet on open sale. How licensing works
A license or a trial license is required to use Backstage. Your license record names the tools your license covers, grouped by job. You use them for your own business's content, for the license term. A trial license runs the same way, for the trial period on its record.
What you own
You own what you make. Every video, audio file, image, caption, schedule, and report you create with Backstage is yours — outright, to use, sell, and keep forever, during and after the license term. The same rule covers audio deliverables we produce for clients. One honest exception: if a deliverable is built on third-party source material that carries a non-commercial license, that deliverable inherits the source's restriction — and we will always tell you in writing when that is the case.
What stays ours
The tools themselves stay RMG's. A license never includes copying, redistributing, reselling, or recreating the tools, sharing license access with unlicensed parties, or using the suite for unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content. Ending a license ends the right to use the tools — it never touches your ownership of what you already made.
Your content and data
Content you bring to Backstage stays yours and is handled under our Privacy Policy: confidential, never used for another customer, never sold. On license end you can export your content and outputs.
