AI Content Disclosure
We produce content with AI assistance, and we say so. RMG's channels and the Second Shift client service use artificial-intelligence tools — as part of RMG's Backstage production suite — alongside human direction, review, and quality checks. This page is our standing disclosure, written to be read, not to hide in a footer.
What that means in practice
- Our channels' hosts are animated characters (Ren, Nova, Sophia, Cranky) whose voices and performances are produced with AI-assisted tools under human direction. They are presented as characters, never as real people, and never as real customers, reviewers, or endorsers.
- Client content (Second Shift) is drafted, designed, and produced with AI assistance, then passes a human-run quality gate and the client's own review before anything publishes. Our clients know this before they sign — it is in the sales conversation, not just this page.
- Platform rules govern labeling. Where a platform requires AI-generated or AI-assisted content to be labeled (for example, YouTube's altered/synthetic content disclosure or a platform's AI label), we set that label. A client's preference never overrides a platform rule, and we will tell a client when a rule requires a label on their content.
- Gameplay is real. On FragVault, gameplay footage is the featured player's own gameplay. AI tools commentate and edit; they do not fabricate plays, scores, or results.
- Facts are checked. AI assistance drafts; it does not get the final word on factual claims. Factual content (notably Learn 2 Human's lessons) is fact-checked before publication, and client claims come from the client's own information and approval.
What we never do
- Never present an AI character or voice as a real human being.
- Never generate fake reviews, testimonials, or customer stories.
- Never imitate a real, identifiable person's voice or likeness without their permission.
- Never use AI to write a claim about a client's business that the client has not supplied or approved.
